Omg, Esha, I just read a thread on Rania's feed about what the British did to Afghanistan in 1839-43. What a horrific tragedy. Mentioned Roebuck. Now I know why you hate that name so much. I named my rescue dog Roebuck because he was so skinny & had long red legs like a deer. I only knew of the small, agile reddish-brown deer in English lit. You are amazing. Will have to change my profile name!
What do you think of RT's Caleb Maupin? He seems to have a weak understanding of Marx, yet he's frequently mentioned by "lefty" YTbers like Jackson Hinkle of "The Dive." Please excuse my cynicism that The Dive is likely a limited hangout, as I grew up in OC back when tricky dicky lived in San Clemente, so this bourgie surfer dude seems to me more like a Camp Pendleton jarhead than a Marxist. Whatever, Maupin describes himself as a Christian, so that makes him and his fans sus enough.
